The Council meets in the Village Hall at 7.30pm on the second Tuesday of each month, apart from August. Members of the public are most welcome to attend meetings of the Council and there is one session at the beginning of the meeting when residents can raise issues of concern or ask questions; guidance for members of the public attending meetings.

Under the Openness of Local Government Regulations 2014 the public has the right to record, film and broadcast council meetings, subject to certain restrictions. Full details are in the Council’s Regulations for the Management of Recording at its Meetings.

Agendas are published three clear days before meetings. Minutes are in draft form until approved at the next meeting.
